Ordering

Mill-tex shall accept your orders in writing, by phone (with follow-up written confirmation) or through electronic means for web-based orders. You may pay for your first order by Cash On Delivery, pre-payment, credit card or with a company check upon prior credit approval by mill-tex. Mill-tex shall deliver Goods F.O.B. mill-tex’s shipping facility; risk of loss for Goods passes to you once Goods are loaded onto the courier at mill-tex’s facility. Mill-tex shall make commercially reasonable efforts to meet any shipment date stated on the face of any accepted order. However, you understand and agree that shipment of Goods is subject to availability, and mill-tex EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS LIABILITY FOR ANY FAILURE TO MEET SUCH DELIVERY DATES. All additions to any order already placed will be considered a “new order” and written as a new purchase order. Mill-tex will ship merchandise specified by the customer. Mill-tex shall have the right to deliver Goods at one time or in portions from time to time, and to invoice for those portions delivered. Payment will not be considered final until all freight charges and taxes billed to you have been paid.


Customer Pick-Up Service


Customer pick-up service is available from Monday to Friday at 09:00 am until 05:00 pm.


Payment Terms

You shall purchase Goods in accordance with mill-tex’s price list in effect at the time of the order (less other discounts, if any). Mill-tex accepts Visa, Master Card, or American Express. All freight is F.O.B. port of origin. You remain responsible for all shipping and handling charges including, without limitation, failure by the consignee to pay shipping charges, failure by any third party to pay shipping charges, or an incorrect or invalid shipping account number.


Pricing

Prices are subject to change without notice. Mill-tex assumes no responsibility and shall incur no liability whatsoever if price change notices are not received. Mill-tex Sportswear Corp. reserves the right to change or discontinue styles, colors, sizes, or fabrics.


Returns and Cancelled Orders

Returns must be authorized by mill-tex in advance. It is customer’s responsibility to check for discrepancies or defects in an order before any alterations or embellishments are made. Printed merchandise is non-returnable. A proper return authorization from mill-tex Sportswear Corp. is required before any returned goods will be accepted. All return requests must reference invoice number prior to approval. Un-authorized returns will not be accepted and will be refused and returned to the customer at customer’s expense. We reserve the right to charge a 10% restocking fee and any applicable shipping charges on all returned or refused orders including pick-up orders.


Cancellation Policy

All cancellation is subject to mill-tex Sportswear Corp. approval. Orders not picked up within 4 working days of order will be restocked with a 10% restocking fee.
